Our support workers are paid a $42.65 p/h (+ super) base rate to attract the best.

Goal achievements

We have helped participants in their goals of attending a first AFL game, finding employment, and long-term social communication improvement

AdaptCares support workers are trained and experienced in providing care to those with both physical disabilities and mental health conditions, such as psychosocial, intellectual disabilities, and acquired brain injury.  In particular, we have experience with psychosocial disabilities challenging behaviors and development through social outings. Our supports are designed to help people with disability to increase their independence and fully participate in community

At AdaptCare, we offer services to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

The NDIS is a government-funded scheme that supports Australians who have permanent and significant disabilities to access support and services. You can read or listen to more information by visiting the NDIS website.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Coffee Background Banner (1).png

Sandra H (from Clickability)

"They let me choose my support worker and he helps me without telling me what to do. In society, he helps me go to places where other people go, and I like to have a say in who provides my support. I am more confident doing things by myself now"
